The Daysium Portal is the browser view of your day counts and records, and it is where you invite the people you want to see them. It is included from Private Client upwards. This article explains who has it and what each membership allows.
Which memberships include the Portal
Professional — not included. Professional is Daysium Mobile only.
Private Client — included.
Platinum — included.
Family Office — included.
Inviting your advisors
From Private Client upwards you can invite the named advisors, accountants, team members and assistants you choose into the Portal, so they can see your live day-count position and your reports rather than waiting for you to send something.
Access belongs to the person you invite, and it can be withdrawn. Paying for an account, administering it, or working for the same firm does not by itself create access.
Note: Invited people see day counts and reports. They do not see your underlying location history or your evidence files. See Your Privacy in the Daysium Portal.
Two people who each see the other's day counts
Platinum covers two people whose positions are connected, and each person sees the other's day counts in one shared view. Two separate Private Client memberships are two separate workspaces, so they cannot see each other — which is why a couple managing a connected position is on Platinum rather than two Private Clients.
Family Office extends the same shared view across the family, with control over who sees what, an account-wide consent log, and continuity arrangements.
