Navigating legal documents can be daunting. Our Terms of Business are designed to clarify your rights and responsibilities as a user of Daysium.

Key Clauses in our Terms of Business:

  • Payment Terms: Daysium's terms specify that services are billed annually and payments are non-refundable except during a 30-day cooling-off period. Overdue payments may accrue interest, and users are responsible for all related taxes.

  • Service Conditions: Daysium offers access to its platform and services under a non-exclusive, limited subscription. Services may be altered without prior notice but with reasonable attempts to inform if changes materially decrease functionality.

  • Termination Rights: You may terminate the agreement by notifying Daysium 28 days prior to the subscription renewal date. Daysium may also terminate or suspend the service for breaches such as non-payment.

  • Liability Clauses: Liability is limited as detailed in the terms. Daysium is not responsible for losses that aren't directly caused by its breach or that weren't foreseeable.

📌 You can review the complete details and conditions directly through Daysium’s official Terms of Business.
