Experiencing an empty homepage on your Daysium app can be concerning, but there's a straightforward explanation and steps you can take.

Understanding the Empty Homepage

Rulesets Display

The Daysium app's 'Home' view is designed to display your relevant tax rulesets. However, if you selected 'Other' for your jurisdiction during registration, we don't yet have the specific Ruleset to display - but the team are working on it right now. This results in an empty homepage, such as the image below:

What Should You Do?

Continue Using the App:

Continue to use the app to collect location data. This data is crucial and can be used once your specific tax jurisdiction rulesets become available.

Manage Your Rulesets:

To adjust or review your current Rulesets, log into the Daysium online portal.

We are continually working to include more tax jurisdictions. We'll keep you posted on updates.
