History in Daysium Portal shows a person's day counts for tax years that have ended, one jurisdiction at a time. Use it to look back at a past year's rules, open the day-by-day detail, and open the final report for that year.
Opening History from a person's page
Open the person's page. Clients open Home and select a person under People. Invited advisers open Clients, select a client, then select a person.
Click History at the top right of the page, next to Calendar. The History panel opens on the right.
Opening History from Reports
Open Reports in the sidebar.
Choose the person under Person. Invited advisers with more than one client choose the client under Client first.
Click History at the top right of the page. The History panel opens for the person you chose.
Choosing a jurisdiction
The History panel opens on "choose a jurisdiction". It lists each country the person has rules for, labelled UK tax year or Calendar year, followed by Global Presence for all countries. Click one to open it.
Moving between years
The year shown appears at the top of the panel, such as "Tax year 25/26" for the United Kingdom or "Calendar year 2025" for other countries.
Use the arrows either side of the year to move to an earlier or later year.
A banner reads "This tax year has ended", and each rule card is marked "Tax year ended · locked · final". The cards show the same headline number, bar and status as the current year.
If there are no rules for that year, the panel shows "No locked rules for this period yet".
Opening a past rule
Click a rule card to open it. The panel shows the final headline number and status, a View report button that opens the report for that year, and the Explore log listing each day behind the count.
Global Presence in History
Choose Global Presence to see every country the person spent time in during a past calendar year. Use the arrows to change the year. If no countries were recorded, the panel says so.
To go back a step, click the back arrow at the top left of the panel. To close History, click the cross at the top right.
Note: History is read-only. The days are counted in Daysium Mobile and shown in Daysium Portal. If you also use Daysium Mobile, History is in its menu too — see How to View History in Daysium Mobile.
